Fee Schedule

The total accreditation fee, plus HST, is due at the time of submission of the learning activity for accreditation and is not refundable.

CCCEP’s HST Registration Number is 89764 5594 RT.

All fees below are the base fee only and do not include the applicable tax amount, which is applied at the time of invoicing.

Fees - Conferences

Important Note:

Effective July 1, 2023, a surcharge is applied to the fees noted in the table below for conference accreditation applications submitted under the Option 2 process.  The surcharge that will be added varies based on CEU value, as follows:

  • 0.25 to 4.0: $100
  • 4.1 to 10.0: $150
  • 10.1 to 20.0: $200
  • 20.1 to 30.0: $250
  • Greater than 30.0: $300

Payment of Accreditation Fees

Fees may be paid by PayPal, cheque or direct deposit.

Payment by PayPal.

  • If you know the accreditation fee, on the on-line Accreditation Application Form, click on the PayPal button and pay through PayPal using your credit card. An invoice receipt will be sent to you.
  • If you do not know your fee, on the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Invoice button. An electronic invoice will be sent to you that you may pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Payment by Cheque

  • On the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Cheque button.
  • An invoice will be sent to you.
  • Cheques are to be made out to the “Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy” and sent to:

Payment by Direct Deposit/Interac e-Transfer®

  • On the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Invoice button.
  •  An invoice will be sent to you
  • You can then email CCCEP the forms with the required banking information to facilitate direct deposit. This email should be sent to office.admin@cccep.ca.  Alternatively, you can do an Interac e-Transfer® to the office.admin@cccep.ca address.
