Register as Provider
A program provider is an individual, group or organization, who develops and delivers continuing education programs intended for pharmacy professionals.
Any incorporated or non-incorporated entity may register to be a program provider.
An organization must register as a program provider in order to be able to submit an application to accredit a continuing education learning activity.
To register as a provider, simply complete the on-line Register as Provider Form.
Registration Form
The registration form includes the following information:
- Name and contact information for your organization
- Type of organization (Consulting, Education Company, Health Care, Association, Post-Secondary Education, etc.)
- Name and contact information for up to four contact persons
- A username (which you create)
- A password (which you create)
Log in to Submit Application
Once you complete the registration form, and CCCEP reviews and confirms your registration, you may login as a provider. To log in:
- Click on the “LOG IN” button on the upper right corner of home page.
- For Category – Select “Providers”
- Enter your Username and Password
- Then, click on the “Submit” button
- Your Provider Work Area will open.
Once logged in you can submit a learning activity for accreditation, find an author-reviewer and generally manage your accredited learning activities.
